engaging in my creative process keeps me grounded and able to make sense out of this complex world. quilt making is my ancestral toolkit. the process connects me to the past and yet allows me to carry the craft into a postmodern expression.

i have strong feelings about shapes and colors and how they relate to each other. whether i work in paper or cloth, the shapes and colors will show their preferences for each other.
